Okay Wade, these are some very fantastic tips and I have read all of your articles. You have talked about how to stay motivated, you have talked about why not doing these things is easier than doing them. Let's face it, sitting on the couch and eating fast food is a lot easier in this day and age. Everything is instant gratification, but these tips are for results when your older. Nobody thinks about their health when they are 70. They think about how they will look next week at that huge meeting where everyone is dressing up. Okay I am rambling. My point is, these are great tips, but how the hell do we wake up every day and practice this?

Maybe I am a good example of when you don't excercise you get depressed, maybe I should practice this for a week and write another essay to see how my attitude is within the words. Healthbolt Experiment #1 begins today!
