Don’t Weaken Your Mouth While Strengthening Your Body

Snacking in between meals is a great way to promote cavaties (and extra pounds), but it’s unavoidable for people who exercise or just play hard. If you’re doing any intense physical activity for longer than 30 minutes, you probably need to eat or drink something besides just water. Whether this is a sports drink or a power gel it’s going to be hard on your teeth.

Lots of these tips are helpful for couch snackers as well… Hey, if you’re going to be tons of fun, you might as well have pearly whites.
