Easy Health Tip #17: Take Time to Stop and Smell the… Water Fountain

Make it a point in your life to have it be a rare occurance that you pass by a water fountain and don’t have at least a sip. Water is what makes our body work. It’s all around us all day. All you have to do is drink some. It will make you feel better and able to think clearer to be hydrated.
This is also the best way to hydrate because chugging a whole bottle of water at once doesn’t let your body absorb it as well as if you have small doses throughout the day. Just don’t lick the fountain nozzle. That would make this a poor health tip indeed.

I don’t know about you guys, but I want the lovely brown sludge oozing from the bottom of the pipe……….mmmmm…..slurp, slurp!!
