Easy health tip #5: Do it Now!

When it comes to working out, if I haven’t already done it, chances are I won’t.This is why I really dig working out in the morning. It makes me feel good the rest of the day. It also helps when I can drag my butt out of bed and get out on the road while I’m still half asleep. That way I can’t think of a million excuses why I don’t need to work out today.

If you find yourself making more and more excuses as the day goes on, as I do. Try getting up an hour early for a week and going for a jog. The first time I did this it was brutal, and it’s still tough, but it does get easier. Then your workout is out of the way, and it’s something you don’t have to think about anymore.
