Focus Impulsiveness in Your Favor

Pulse
Whether it’s eating that extra donut at work or buying that trashy magazine in line at the grocery store, impulses have had their way with us all at one time or another. Well, pit your vices against each other and do something impulsive that’s good for you. Stop reading this and do 20 push ups, right now. Go outside and take 10 deep breaths. Throw out all the junk food in your house that you bought impulsively at the store last week. Go for a walk to the water fountain and drink up.

The point is to do something, now. These things may seem trivial at the moment, but your fitness is like investing. A little bit of action, right now, goes much farther than a lot of action, later.
