Geriatric, Schmeriatric: Lovin’ Gets Better With Age

There’s a whole lotta boot-knockin’ going on in the senior set these days, says a new finding by Swedish researchers. And it’s not just “meh” sex, it’s good sex. Well, glory be!
Here’s the deal:
* More 70-year-olds are having good sex, more often.
* Both the ladies and fellas of advanced age are having more sex than they did 30 years ago.
* Unmarried senior women also report hitting the sheets more often. 12% of women in 2000 – 2001 did, versus only 1 percent in the early 1970’s.
* The number of women reporting high sexual satisfaction also increased, with more ladies reporting they were able to hit the Big O.
* The level of older men reporting lower sexual satisfaction did rise, however, possibly due to the fact that more gents are openly talking about sexual failure now than ever before.
Interesting stuff, eh? Nice to know that the Golden Years don’t involve only Bran Flakes and early bedtimes.
Hey, come to think of it, maybe that’s why seniors do tend to have such early bed times, wink wink! Those randy little devils!
