Filed under Contests and Giveaways, Exercise, Fitness, Misc.

b5Media’s newest Health blog Grounded Fitness has a Kettlebell The Iron Core Way set which includes a a 15 pound kettlebell and instructional DVD to giveaway.

Womb Within has two giveaways from Playskool (a Shake Rattle and Roll Teether and a Heat Sensitive Plastic Spoons).

Cranky Fitness has some neat exercise equipment to giveaway – a sportstep, an aerobic mat, and a pilates power ring. Even us international types can enter but there’s a catch. The prizes can only be shipped to a U.S. address, so those of us with no US address can only enter if we want to designate that our prize go to a U.S. friend. I like your lateral thinking there Crabby. (Hey Liberty, if I win, it’s yours!!!)

Daily Tomorrow has a “Learn to Create a Healthy Home!” CD to giveaway.

And don’t forget about our High Heels to Hormones: A Women’s Guide to Spinal Care giveaways…

One book is being given away here at Healthbolt

And another book is being given away at Alzheimer’s Notes

Enter both and double your luck…

Great round up, Liz! Fertility Notes is also giving away a Fertility Scope – this cool new thingy that helps you track your ovulation by testing your saliva. Doesn’t sound like a big deal, but for ladies tired of peeing on sticks, its a nice change of pace.

    thanks for the shout out!

heels arent my problem, its flats. I wear them way too and they offer no support. it also doesnt help that i slap my feet down like a lumberjack when i walk, so i guess its my fault.

I hear you Kelly! I am the same way…flats are the killer! I wear them to work ( I waitress) so I am constantly on my feet..probably not the smartest. Need . cute. tennis . shoes! New goal!

Hi Gabrielle, sorry I missed your fertility scope giveaway — sounds interesting….and definitely a change of pace for peeing on the stick…

Kelly and Tiffany, heels might look nice but sure not practical nor all that comfortable.

I’m for flats and at my day job (nurse) usually wear cross-trainers with plenty of support…might not be cute but sure make the feet feel good!!!
