    I would really like this as I can never have enough Yoga DVDs. I have many DVDs. I have started a 30 day Sadhana starting from the Winter Solstice. I do this as a part of group on forum.videofitness.com.

    My favorite DVD instructors are: Barbara Benagh, Erich Schiffmann and Tilak Pyle.

    I liek to do Yoga for my post running stretches and as I keep growing older, I think it is essential for me to maintain and increase flexibility.

    I’ve been surfing for the past 10 years and always wanted to start a yoga program to improve my flexibility. I think this would be perfect for me.

    I would love to surf but am terrified of wiping out. Maybe if I built up some strength with surfer yoga, I could stay up longer.

    i don’t surf but my dad does! he has been surfing for over 40 years and recently suffered a bad leg injury while surfing… his leg has healed a bit now and he still goes surfing every morning (he’s up at 5:00 am to do so), I would love to give him these DVDS.

    I don’t surf (because I live far from the ocean), but I would LOVE to have a surfer body! :) If I can’t surf to get one, this is the next best thing :D
