    I used the calories king website to loose weight about two years ago when I lived in D.C.. Ilost 17 pounds! Since moving back home I’ve fallen off the wagon and gained at all back. The book would keep me on track once again and I now would not be holden to the internet when I curious about the calories!

    I try to count calories..but with a busy schedule and some items that don’t have labels (fruits, veggies etc) it’s hard to keep up! This book would help a lot.

    I try to exercise 3-4 times per week but…..my biggest down fall is eating snacks at night. This would really help me to realize the amount of calories/fat I am putting into my body! Thank you for offering this awesome product. Good luck to everyone!
