I’m a tax accountant, so with my busy season getting ready to start, time for exercise will just about disappear. It would be nice to have something help me on the food…
I like knowing what is in my food.
I used the calories king website to loose weight about two years ago when I lived in D.C.. Ilost 17 pounds! Since moving back home I’ve fallen off the wagon and gained at all back. The book would keep me on track once again and I now would not be holden to the internet when I curious about the calories!

I try to exercise 3-4 times per week but…..my biggest down fall is eating snacks at night. This would really help me to realize the amount of calories/fat I am putting into my body! Thank you for offering this awesome product. Good luck to everyone!
