It’s all about yoga today.
First, I posted about the winner of the Yoga Paws.
And now, I’m posting about Healthbolt’s latest giveaway – a Yoga DVD. But it’s not just any old yoga DVD. This one is by Sadie Nardini, director of East West Yoga in New York City and founder of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga, a form of yoga considered a ‘calorie-torcher’ by Time Out New York. Apparently it can transform the body faster in 60 minutes than most yoga does in 90 minutes.
This Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga:Power Hour DVD is full on and features a 40-minute Floor Flow, Core Salutations (Warm + Energize + Tone), a 20-Minute Wall Flow, Core Stretch (Invert + Detox + Stretch ) plus a BEGINNER COMMENTARY on Alignment Tips and Modifications for Basic Level!
Healthbolt has one copy of Sadie Nardini’s Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga:Power Hour DVD to giveaway. All you have to do is leave a comment by 18th December saying why you think this is the Yoga DVD for you.
This is a worldwide giveaway.
The winners will be announced on 19th December and sent an email with the subject heading ‘Healthbolt Giveaway Winner’ with instructions on how to claim their prize.
And don’t forget it’s ‘every day a giveaway’ this month at Healthbolt.

I have been looking for a good yoga DVD for a long time, ever since I had to give up going to classes because they were too expensive. I would love this!
I could use a good yoga dvd to destress from exams!!
Yoga that focuses on the core! Count me in!
Well, I didn’t win the Yoga Paws, so I have nothing to go with it, but the mere fact that this includes beginner commentary means it could be the DVD for me!
I would like to focus on my core with yoga!
I would love to have this DVD so I can do yoga in my own home. Currently the yoga studio I go to is 30 minutes away and the recent snowfalls have made it very difficult to go on a regular basis!
Wow something more than Astanga
I’ve been wanting to try yoga (I’ve only done pilates in the past which I am told is similar). This DVD would be great to help get me started. I don’t think I’d be able to start at the whole 60 minutes though. Maybe 30 minutes then I’d go from there. Thanks!
THIS SOUNDS GREAT I HAVE NEVER DONE YOGA AND I HAVE HEARD SO MANY GOOD THINGS ABOUT IT MAYBE THIS COULD HELP WITH MY STRESS TOO
I’ve recently started trying to get in better shape, so my health will be good! This would be great for me!
I’ve always wanted a yoga workout DVD! I would love to try this one! It sounds great!
I have had only the very basics of Yoga a few years ago and would enjoy winning and using this wonderful sounding DVD. My sister and I would work out together. Many thanks, Cindi
I would love a yoga DVD to help relieve stress.
Yoga is something I can really benefit from. My flexibility definitely needs work. I have seen some of Sadie’s videos and she quite good.
Still too expensive in NYC to attend yoga classes, I’d love a great DVD!
This is the yoga DVD for me! A busy music student not only needs a strong core to help give her stability when playing virtuosic piano pieces, she also needs all the time savers she can find!
I can’t find any yoga classes with childcare where I live. A DVD would be very welcome, especially one that focuses on the core.
This sounds fantastic. I would love to win it for my mum- she ADORES yoga but is very busy and hasn’t done it in a long time. I already am getting her a brand new yoga mat for Christmas so that she can get back into it and a dvd would be the perfect complement to that!
I did some yoga for the first time last night and loved it. This DVD would be perfect!
OOoh – this sounds great. There’s a yoga/tai chi/pilates class I really like at the gym – and it is getting REALLY cold where I live, so I could do this instead of venturing out of my house – yay!
I could use this after a day of running to and from school, work and errands.
I would love to try this DVD. It’s too cold to leave the house for classes now, so this would help.
I stumbled upon your site out of curiosity. I’ve just discovered the beauty of yoga and I tell you what, I have never felt better about my body. There’s no classes offered around my area, nor do I have the 3,000 channels to watch the 30 minute yoga session teasers. I would love more than anything to have a chance at this DVD. I would wear it out that’s for sure. I think this is a very cool concept to win a giveaway. Good luck to fellow contestants!
I need to detox and de-stress after finishing up my second-to-last semester of grad school–this video sounds like a great way to do that. And I really need a new yoga routine to punch up my workout. My current collection is on VHS!!
Modifications for beginners! My favorite part of yoga!
This is the DVD for me because I want to start yoga but also am losing weight, so the calorie-torching is just what I need!
I would love to have this video !
Calorie scorcher? My newly pudgy self needs this badly.
I’d love to win it! I live in a rural small town area, not much for yoga classes! And given I have around 70 pounds still to lose, I NEED a calorie-burner style of yoga!
I am new to Yoga but I have always wanted to try it.
I definitely need a lot of help in this area. Lack of core strength is my weakness.
Core yoga sounds great.
I have been looking for a good yoga DVD to use at home. This sounds like a good one.
I’m just starting yoga. Would love to get this so I could try a little every morning before work.
I have a love/hate relationship with Yoga. One the one hand, I’m yelling at the TV to move onto the next move sometimes. On the other hand, I never feel better physically then I do if I’m doing Yoga regularly.
This DVD looks great and the beginner commentary sounds like an excellent idea.
*drools* I want this for Christmas. I’m ready to move past my current pathetic yoga practice…
Yoga helps me manage my stress. I always feel good afterwards, but sometimes I think my mind just keeps racing even when I want it to stop.
I love yoga – it is such a great mind-body-spirit workout. Plus the fact that I can’t touch my toes really makes it a hard workout!
I only do yoga at home (no gym membership and yoga classes are too expensive) so I would love this DVD to help my practice!
I siure could use this! As a mother of 6, and a nurse, Iam always caring for others, and could use a good yoga routine to help me destress, and a calorie scorch is a must!
I won a TV / DVD player so now I need a DVD …..
