I think journaling for your health is a great idea. In the past, I’ve journaled about migraines and my son’s food allergies. It comes in handy, especially when dealing with doubting doctors!
I think it would be a little scary for me to face the unhealthy habits I may have, but in the long run would be worth it.
I think the idea of journaling about your health is great and can be beneficial, especially when you hit lulls in your progress.
Putting “congealed life” on paper is a productive process and would be helpful to keep focused on one day at a time.
I used to journal a lot. I think it’s a relaxing, peaceful thing to do and you get to know yourself more. I feel that I am so busy and I stopped appreciating it. After reading about this journal, I thought about my own journals and realized how much I miss them. Journaling is a good thing; journaling for my health would be great. I would have a lot to write about, especially my about my chocolate addiction. Maybe I’ll write my way to recovery?
Wow, just finished writing about the importance of journaling and then I read this. You can’t underestimate the power of the pen. It really does help clarify things.
This would be useful.
perfect for anyone who wants to loose or maintain their weight.
When I write down my WW points, before I eat them, I make better choices. So, it’d be a great thing to write down other aspects of health that I am working toward.
I like the idea that you’re not just keeping the journal for fitness- you’re keeping it for total health. I think taking time each day to make myself aware of the little joys, and writing those joys down, will help make my days and weeks just overall more pleasant!
What a great idea! When using a food journal to lose a few pounds, I was shocked how much it helped. I would think this would be great for physical and mental health both!
I think it would be very interesting to see what my health habit are really like. I THINK they are good, but journaling is a sure fire way to test that theory.
I really need to start journaling again…not only to work through my un-healthy issues, but also to use as a replacement “soother” as opposed to FOOD!
I think journaling is a great idea. I have been journaling since I was 12 years old. Sometimes when I am stress or not feeling well, my journals is a good resource for me to check how long I have not been feeling well or what I caused the problem in the first place.
This is a great giveaway. it is definitely a way to keep you inspired. I hope i can win it!
I’m a big believer in the value of keeping a food and work-out journal. Seeing, right there in black & white, what I’ve eaten and the amount of exercise I’ve done each day keeps me motivated. I don’t want to skip a day or fall off the wagon… blank pages are the enemy! Health journals in general are wonderful tools and can really help a person and her doctor nail down the causes of any number of health issues.
This would really help me out. I have multiple chronic illnesses and see a slew of docs and take many meds every day. This could help me sort it all out. My chemically-induced brainfog makes it rather difficult for me to remember what to ask the docs and record my daily BP and glucose values.Thank you for the chance to win!
Please enter me—thank you.

There is something to be said for putting pen to paper about your personal life. Be it what is troubling you or what you do in your day to day life.
Health obviously is related to your daily lifestyle. Using a journal is a helpful tool to identify daily habits. Those habits change with the decades as he grow and change. A journal is the compilation of ones life. I am sorry I did not start one sooner.
I love journals! They help me cler my thougthts and my mind!
I think having a health journal is a great idea. It helps you look back and see what went wrong when something is not right.
