I listen to Latin Music when I workout – that upbeat – fast tempo gets me going!
The only way I know how to jog:
Start with a sermon. I can keep a slow, steady jog for most of the time. When I start to lose momentum, there are three songs I go to. Slow, by Kylie Minogue; Hey Ya and The Way You Move, by Outkast. An odd combo, I know.
I love hard rock – Nickelback, Saliva, Three Doors Down. Really gets me moving!

It depends on what kind of work out I am doing. I use dance for kickboxing. I use Reggae for abs. Love music and working out would love to win this… Thanks for the giveaway.

I love dance oriented music. Good mixes of popular hits. Some older dance music like new wave and disco are good too. Very upbeat.
