If you think drugs are scary now, take a look at what was on offer in the 1800’s and 1900’s…




















Those drugs pictured use to be sold over the counter, as one does today buying a bottle of ibuprophen. Trivia on Heroin: Made by Bayer, the same people who brought the world mustard gas. They named the drug due to its ‘heroic’ properties as a non-addictive solution to morophine addicts. Clearly that is not the case.
