Tim Ferris, author of The Four Hour Workweek, shares his thoughts on various methods to get rid of the common cold with 4 Anti Cold Cocktails That Work: From Ancient China to German Alcoholics and Modern Labs. Over at Cranky Fitness, Merry was in a St Patrick’s Day frame of mind and asking Does Green Beer Have More Vegetable Goodness? Meanwhile, over at That’s Fit, Jackie provides the scope on How to Make it to 100. No surprises here, but it’s always good to be reminded on the best healthy living options.
And Zen Habits gives us the 12 Essential Rules to Live More Like a Zen Monk. Can’t say I know anyone who wants to be a Zen Monk (or any type of Monk for that matter) but following some of these rules will definitely help if you are aiming to live to be 100.
