It’s Free Pancake Day at IHOP!!!

Today, Tuesday Feb. 20th, IHOP is serving free short stacks of their buttermilk pancakes from 7am-10pm. Hey, if you’re going to eat junk, it should at least be free, right?

You would have to do a lot more than give this stuff away for free to get me to eat this food. It is amazing the lengths junk food pushers go to in order to stay ‘relevant’. There is always some new marketing scheme, shiny packaging, or outright misinformation used to get people to ingest this garbage. This was one of my latest favorites:

Nice rant, Mark. Crispy cones are almost as good as deep fried coke.
I’m not saying anyone should make a regular habit of ingesting a short stack of buttermilk pancakes, but if you’re going to treat yourself, the time is now.
It is Fat Tuesday after all….
