One Easy Key to Spicy Sex

Ready for a little hot-cha-cha in the boudoir? Then skip the pricey lingerie and hit the bricks instead.
That’s right. A recent study by the University of Arkansas says that people who regularly work out find themselves more sexually desirable, and you know what that means…more satisfying workouts in the sack!
Not only that, but Duke University also found that when overweight men and women lost a mere 10 percent of their body weight, they enjoyed sex more.
So there you have it – the most simple sex tip around: Work. Out. To. Feel. Hotter. It’s not rocket science that a positive self-image would lead to better sexual experiences, but sometimes we just need a little reminder, do we not?
And speaking of reminders, keep in mind that you don’t have to sentence yourself to elliptical machines and free weights at the gym to get “exercise”. Going on a brisk walk with your honey counts, as does shoveling, sledding, and even having a playful race around the block. The more time you spend being active together outside the bedroom, the closer you will be when it’s time to hit the sheets (after you hit the shower, of course!)
