I’m writing to you from Meatless Monday (the same Meatless Monday as you featured in your 4-25-09 post) I just wanted to thank you for supporting our cause and helping to spread the word.

I’ve read several posts on the Blisstree and your interest integrating health easily into one’s everyday life really fits in line with what Meatless Monday is all about- cutting back meat moderately to conserve what’s important- our health and our planet. I even printed this same study (from your post above) linking overweight kids to increased allergies in Eater’s Digest- our weekly enewsletter highlighting the week’s health and nutrition news.
