I purchased my first tempurpedic mellenium pillow for $209 aus. After trying it in the shop along with many other pillows i decided this was the one to ease my neck pain.well this pillow was great for about 1 week before the memory disapeared in it and it sank in the middle. After taking it back and asking for a replacement, which the store was reluctant to do until a tempurpedic rep had sighted it.Finally got my replacement pillow and was an excellent pillow until this time about 1 month or so into its use. This pillow now is like sleeping on a dish washing sponge it is so flattened out.IM not taking this one back ,i learm by my mistakes and try to help others not make the same choice.Do Not buy these pillows they are rubbish, total crap and not worth a cent.I feel sorry for the people who go out and buy these memory matresses they sell at $ 5000 plus,i hope they get more then 1 month use out of it.

I have a high quality memory foam pillow. It is a lot softer and not as dense as a tempurpedic pillow, but tempurpedic's pillows are much more expensive. The tempurpedic bed pillows are a lot more durable though. My memory foam pillow is becomming less comfortable after 3 years of use.

My suggestion if you fall in love with the tempurpedic pillows is to shop for the one you like, then buy it online on ebay. They are much cheaper on ebay.

I've been using mine for a year and so far it's held up great. Again, it was only $20!

I have a cheap version of the contour pillow I picked up for about $20. Mine too had the chemical smell, though it was gone after two days of airing outside.

I normally sleep either on my side or stomach and I noticed that I was starting to get pain in my lower back while on my stomach with a regular pillow. After switching to the curved one (with the bigger bump under my next, this pain disappeared. I wouldn't use any other pillow now.

These pillows work for a few months then they need to be replaced. The only pillows that i don't have to replace every few months are the Bucky buckwheat pillows. I call them when i need more fill. Life is good!
