Hope & Cherries, agreed for sure! You know, if an adult decides they want cosmetic surgery for whatever reason, then fine. But to start putting ideas into the heads of kids when they are still so impressionable can only lead to feelings of insufficiency in these kids later on.

Furthermore, like Cherries said, these kids will likely end up with a sense that cosmetic surgery is normal and a natural right of passage for them. Scary. As parents, we need to protect our kids from thoughts like this, not shove them in their face!

Teaching kids that plastic surgery is okay and a norm is absolutely insane. Kids should not be exposed to such thoughts especially when they are still developing and deciding what is good, what is bad, etc. Literature like this will lead to an even greater surge of plastic surgery as these kids get older and may even start getting "work done" on themselves as teens while they are not even fully developed.

I think it's all WRONG! I mean, teaching children that plastic surgery to beautify a person who has NOTHING wrong with them is okay is just WRONG. That's my two cents. ;)
