Next time you’re on the verge of a freak-out, try this proven Yoga Technique:
- Inhale deeply through you nose to the count of eight.
- Then, with lips puckered, exhale very slowly through your mouth to the count of 16, or for as long as you can.
- Concentrate on the long sighing sound and feel the tension dissolve.
- Repeat 10 times.
Just don’t don’t make eye contact with Sally across the cubicle aisle while you’re doing it. She may come in for that round of tonsil hockey she’s been dreaming of.
