Looking at the calendar this morning, I suddenly realized that it was one year ago today that I started blogging at Healthbolt. Wow, how time flies when you’re having fun. I know it’s a cliche, but it only seems like yesterday.

Randy Pausch
(October 23, 1960 – July 25, 2008)
Randy Pausch, the inspiring Carnegie Mellon Professor who talked so passionately and eloquently about living life to the fullest in a speech known as ‘The Last Lecture’, died friday of pancreatic cancer.
His inspiring words and thoughts will live on.
