Well, today, I’m that annoying voice saying ‘but wait, there’s more’.

Yesterday, I posted about a chance for a Healthbolt reader to win a ‘free special event luncheon in NYC’ on July 10th. Of course, there was a little catch – you would have to write an unbiased review of the product in question.

Well, we’ve added a sweetener to the deal….

The PR agency is going to provide the winner a ‘fun bag of product goodies’.

BTW, did I mention that this a closed event. No public allowed. So the PR Agency want to be sure that whoever wins is willing and able to write a post for Healthbolt. Here’s the deal…

I was contacted by a PR Agency to see if I’d like to attend a “first taste moment” of Truvia natural sweetener, the natural, zero-calorie, great-tasting sweetener made from rebiana, the best tasting part of the stevia plant. They are having press briefings and a luncheon.

Now I’m never one to turn down a free lunch and I’m quite interested in finding out more about this product having run across the stevia plant at a number of farmer’s markets. But living in New Zealand makes it difficult to do lunch in New York City.

So I suggested to the PR people that I’d like to offer the lunch invitation to one of Healthbolt’s readers. After all, a free lunch is nothing to sneeze at, especially when it’s being held at 620 Loft & Gardens in the Rockerfellar Center. Take a look at these photos and you’ll see what I mean.

But we all know that there really is no such thing as a free lunch.

So what’s the catch…

You will have to write an unbiased review of the product for Healthbolt (and of course, your own blog if you wish).

The luncheon is being held on Thursday 10th July 2008 between 12 midday and 2 pm.
