Mind you, he is a mental health professional, but I wonder if the same could be true across the board.

His deduction? For simple things like changing appointment times, refilling scripts and the like, email is a magical thing. But if there’s a major medical question or something’s burning on your mind, it’s best to call or maybe even head in.

So what are your thoughts? Does your doc have an email system? Do you get the answers you seek in a timely manner? Or is there nothing that can replace good ‘ol fashioned face-to-face meetings? Leave us a comment and let us know…

Ever wonder where you city stacks up in the nooky department? If you live in the Midwest, you probably have a better shot of getting things done in the sack than New Englanders or Southerners.
How do we know? A new study released in Men’s Health breaks down 100 American cities, considering factors such as birth rates, sex toy purchases and condom sales to determine who’s making whoopy a top priority.
Where does your homestead rate? Take a look:

Today at Sexbolt Saturday, we’re focusing on the proper care and feeding of your nether regions. Well, maybe not feeding. That I’ll leave up to your own devices, wink wink. First off, do you even know what you’re all about down there? A little anatomy lesson never hurt anyone, so check these out. Warning: these are not for the younguns in the family. Adult eyes only, please.

Today at Sexbolt Saturday, we’re focusing on the proper care and feeding of your nether regions. Well, maybe not feeding. That I’ll leave up to your own devices, wink wink. But care, yeah. Because it’s important to take care of all your bits and pieces for good health and a great sex life.

First off, do you even know what you’re all about down there? A little anatomy lesson never hurt anyone, so check these out. Warning: these are not for the younguns in the family. Adult eyes only, please.

For the Gentlemen: Big Pete and the Twins are more complex than you think. Take a look to find out what’s up with your penis – whether it’s up or not.

For the Ladies: Ever wonder what all those folds and nubs around your vajayjay are intended for? Have a look at the anatomy of the vagina for a quick and thorough lesson. (Extra Warning: Photo is real-life, not an illustration. Plan accordingly.)

Now that you know what’s what in that area, it’s time to figure out how to care for it (and them).

For the Gentlemen: Keep the General in tip top shape with these penis-loving tips.

For the Ladies: Unlock the secrets to a happy yonder area with these vagina-friendly care methods.

And finally, if you’ve given thought to going fur-free, check out a recent post at our new men’s grooming blog, Manscaping-101.com. Tris lays out in detail how to de-fuzz The Boys, but truth be told, his tips could work well on a female version as well. Give it a read.

Remember people, having shiny, happy genitals can only help lead to a shiny, happy sex life. So get to it, you! Go!

Last week on Sexbolt Saturday, we discussed why the Big O is such a big boon. While this is true and exciting as all get out, the bottom line is that not every horizontal romp ends in that big moment. So can sex without climaxing be good for you too? The answer in short: Oh, hell yeah!

Sex uses every single muscle group in your body, which is more than you can say about the treadmill, no?

Last week on Sexbolt Saturday, we discussed why the Big O is such a big boon. While this is true and exciting as all get out, the bottom line is that not every horizontal romp ends in that big moment. So can sex without climaxing be good for you too? The answer in short: Oh, hell yeah!

Sex uses every single muscle group in your body, which is more than you can say about the treadmill, no?

Sex gets the heart and lungs working hard, providing a sound physical workout.

Sex burns about 300 calories an hour, so go ahead and order dessert on date night.

As with regular gym-type exercise, sexercise helps keep your heart healthy and lowers your risk for heart attack.

Sex can help you sleep better, feel happier and become less-stressed.

Sex with a bit of extra physicality (aka athletic sex) is good for muscle tone and flexibility. It’s like calisthenics and yoga rolled into one.

A good romp can leave your body and mind feeling both energized and relaxed.

Post bumpity-bump is a great time to reconnect on an emotional level. Melt into each other’s arms and watch those worries du jour disappear into the netherworld.

With all this relaxation and head-clearing going on, it’s no surprise that many people swear by healthy sex lives as a means to achieve deeper, more restful sleep.

Between this list and last week’s, I’m not sure why there is a single person left reading this post right now. What are you waiting for, people? Go get in on – for your health!
