The Greatest Holiday Lists You’ll Ever Read – b5 Science & Health Style

Happy Holidays

What a fun and successful theme day we had yesterday all across the Science & Health Channel. In case you missed any of it, here’s the rundown of our lists of holiday tips, suggestions and thoughts. There’s tons of funny and helpful stuff in there, so have at it – it’s our gift to you!

Angela at Breastfeeding 1-2-3 started our theme day off today with her very witty and I mean witty, post, Top 10 Funny Breastfeeding Slogans.

Kristina at Autism Vox gave us a very endearing look into her personal life with Top 10 Reasons Life Is Better With Charlie.

Scott at Health and Men posted a helpful Five Gifts For The Fitness Freak.

Ten Ways To Celebrate (And Help) This Holiday was given to us thankfully by Gabrielle at Fertility Notes.

Alicia at Mental Health Notes gave a great take on 5 Ways To Prevent Stress Around The Holidays.

Kendra wrote about holiday eating, or rather how not to gorge yourself, at Diabetes Notes, with 5 Tips On Healty Diabetic Eating During The Holiday Season.

Kendra also takes us down a visual path of The 5 Reasons She Has a Hearty Life at A Hearty Life.

Kristen at Lively Women gave us 7 Ways To Stay Active This Winter.

Laura at CFS Squared gave us a very cute Letter To The North Pole .

Mary Emma at Alzheimer’s Notes had this to offer up: Ten Ideas For Alzheimer’s Caregivers Gifts .

5 Reasons Why You Should Not Pig Out This Holiday Season was given to us by Gloria at Cancer Commentary.

Ali at Daily Tomorrow offered up a great 5 Things You Can Do Today To Help The Environment.

Elaine at Genetics and Health gave us XMAS Pressie List From Genetics And Health.

Top 6 Reasons To Have More Sex This Holiday Season was provided by moi. This is, um, my personal favorite, wink-wink.

And then my girl Liz gave us Nine Christmas Gifts For The Hypochondriac In Your Life. Hilarious!

Grace from Kids Health Notes offered Tips For Healthy Holiday Eating.

And finally, Tony at Astronomy Buff offered up a really interesting Five Things The Star Of Bethlehem Could Have Been.

As you can see, there’s something for everyone in there. So grab a cup of joe or a beer, relax, and have a good read. Wishing you a great weekend and a Happy Holiday Season!

Amazing list. I’m going to have to go visit them all now. The housework will have to wait.

Great list, Liberty. That letter to Santa is great, and Bowflex weights linked to somewhere in there look like a great space-saver :)

    (Shameless self-promotion – I did a Christmas list too at http://www.geek-fitness.com/2007/12/13/5-ways-to-avoid-an-unhealthy-christmas/ :) )

Great collection of lists! I had to comment since I write a blog about people’s handwritten lists. . . http://www.todolistblog.com

  4. Liberty says:

Thanks for visiting, Sasha. Hopefully our list indicates that we’re all for healthy, happy living. ;) Best to you.

  5. Liberty says:

    Hey Dave,
Thanks for stopping. :) Love your list, too. Although I routinely engage in Part A of Item #6 on your list, numbers 2, 5 and Part B of #6 are foreign and elusive to me. If Santa has a little extra time, that’s what I’m wishing for for Christmas this year. ;)
