***FREE STUFF ALERT***FREE STUFF ALERT***
I’ve got an issue of Belle Armoire Jewelry to give away to one reader! It’s the Spring issue from this year, and it’s packed with everything from wire work projects, to crochet, to stone setting, polymer clay, and lots of alternative materials. If you’ve seen BA Jewelry magazine before, you know that this quarterly publication isn’t really tied to a particular season, so don’t decide not to enter the drawing just because it’s the spring issue. I believe that the Autumn issue is set to be released very soon, if it isn’t already on the newsstands.
So here’s the deal: simply leave me a comment below, telling me what’s the next technique on your wish list that you’d like to learn. This will help me to focus my blog posts towards what you want, and it just might win you a free magazine! I’ll be having the random number generator pick a winner next Monday! Good luck all

The next technique I want to learn is working with wire. Specifically, an introduction to working with head pins and wrapping stones.
My next technique to learn (at the end of the current “to learn after I can afford to buy the materials” list) is stone setting. I’m already working on wire wrapping for stones, but some necklaces want to more fine result.
Next on the list: riveting, then stonesetting

Hi! I would love to learn how to wire frame a larger stone. It usually involves at least three square wires and one half round, and allows you to feature the natural beauty of stones that do not have a hole drilled in to them by only holding the stones outer edges. Thanks so much! Alex from LA
I would like to learn how to make beads from polymer clay. I think it would be very enjoyable to create your own designs and use them in your jewelry.
I would dearly love to learn how to work well with PMC. The possibilities are endless.
The next thing I would like to learn is wirewrapping. Its so pretty and so many ways to go with it. And I wanna win that mag. I’m sitting at my desk with my hand up jumping and shaking to get your attention..pick me pick me Yeah!!!
I am working in traditional silver and wax carving right now, but want to experiment some more with the precious metal clays.

I love learning everything and each of your posts helps me develop my skills, so anything new is appreciated.
Yeah, let’s see some more steampunk. I’m not sure I can enter the comp, but just thought I’d throw in my ideas, too.

Sign me up for the grab on that book I’m always looking for new patterns and ideas’s. I saw that Issue at the store but had a contract to finish and only so much cash at the time and I didn’t get one and the copy was the last one. I haven’t thought about that book till you mentioned it this article. It would be so cool to get on as a gift!
Hi I hv seen such beautiful peyote jewellery sp the necklaces which look really good with chunky pendants which would simply not look as good with thin chains. I would love to learn the advanced techniques in peyote.
How about how different ways to cut & set black coral?
I just took a class where we enameled so I am leaning towards enameling work.
Riveting and other types of “cold techniques”. Then there’s a lot of other things too, but riveting is my top priority right now. When I get the time and money I want to learn how to do torch fired enamelling. Otherwise I always look for new wirework, recycling and mixed media techniques. Anything fun and unusual (and cheap) is of interest to me.

Next on my list wire cuff bracelets, using cabachons
As a State Employee operating on a 15% cut in pay, compliments of ARNOLD, my focus is on affordable metals, mixed media, and Bronze Clay. I have a huge wish list, but Bronze Clay is at the top of my list.
