I hit the color jackpot when I stumbled on Margie Deeb’s web site. She’s the author of a number of bead books, including The Beader’s Guide to Color, and color happens to be her “thing” or niche so to speak.

Personally, I’ve never gotten stressed out about color. I pick what I like, but I know this can be an issue for beads, especially when it comes to bead weaving because you have so many options, so many colors to pick from.
If you are hungry for some bead color theory, for sure check out her site. She has monthly podcasts and is also writing a regular column now for The Bead Bugle.
