EZ Tent for Art Shows

ez-tent.jpgFor my very first show, we had no tent. In fact, I even had to borrow the tables. Luckily for me, it didn’t raing that day, and things went so well that I made enough to invest in my own tables and a tent so I was prepared for many shows to follow. Back then, they didn’t have tents just for art shows like they do now. I had to get one of those tents that have 100 little pieces of metal frame that you stick together. Eventually, my husband and I got pretty good and were about to set the tent up and tear it down in about 15 minutes. But that was only after doing it many, many times. Now there are these EZ up tents, like the one pictured from Dick Blick art supplies. By the time these became popular, I was past the art show stage, but I have seen other artists pop these up in minutes.
