Free Stuff Alert***Free Stuff Alert***Free Stuff Alert

The generous folks at the Craft & Hobby Association want you to have a crack at a necklace made famous by none other than Sarah Jessica Parker! This gorgeous version of her piece was designed by Blue Moon Beads, and while SJP’s original cost $7,500, the Blue Moon version is $30 retail. But just look at it! It’s much more opulent-looking than that :-)

To win the necklace at the top, inspired by the necklace at the bottom, just leave me a comment sometime this week on this post.  Tell me what you’d wear it with, or to what occasion you’d wear it.  Here’s the REALLY GREAT PART: There are FIVE of these necklaces that are going to be sent to lucky winners!!  Wow.  Gasp!  I’m hyperventilating just thinking about it!

Next Monday, I will be picking winners, using the random number generator, so make sure you leave your comment now!

Well I would so wear it! I love big necklaces with some bling. I would wear it with my sparkly turtleneck and some jeans for some casual holiday get togethers. I love how she layered it with some other pieces. It is just tres chic.

  3. Sarah says:

I love it, gorgeous. I’m a “Sarah” too, and I love SJP’s eclectic style. I would love to wear that to New Year’s Eve party.

  4. Paul says:

It’s got the iridescence of Christmas ornaments, so I’d have a lady friend wear it to a holiday party, and attempt to convince her to wear a shimmery metallic grey so that the piece is accented.

I’d wear it myself, but I don’t have balance to pull off high heels, and my beard would cover it up.

  5. Stephanie says:

I would wear it with just a T-Shirt and jeans (always a good canvas for jewelry)!

  6. Grace says:

It’s a beautiful piece, it’s cold where I live right now, so I’d have to pair it with a turtleneck/slacks and go out with girlfriends – just because I could!

  7. Deb Benz-Buchholz says:

Awesome necklace!! I would wear it with my proverbial “little black dress”.

  8. Renee Weston says:

This is such a uniquie piece and it would be great to have in a collection. It is really fashion forward. It would be great with worn with black.

  11. bunny says:

OMG! I would wear it everyday!! It’s so gorgeous! But I definitely wear it with a nice basic party dress so that the necklace will shine more!! :) Thanks!

  12. Chris P says:

I love this! I would wear it-a lot! With the little black dress for an evening out-with a sparkly top and jeans for a casual holiday party. It is fabulous!

What a lovely design! Definitely needs to be worn with something simple.

  14. Oh2122 says:

    That’s amazing!

  15. olga says:

It’s a beautiful piece of art that needs a background that won’t compete with the colors, textures and shapes of its components. I’d wear it with a satin white or silvery gray dress with a high round neckline, much like what SJP is wearing in the photo. Definitely for an evening affair, like a holiday party.

  16. Sue says:

I would wear it with a black velvet dress I have. To a Christmas party I will be attending, and then a New Years party, with a Emerald green sweater and skirt outfit I have. It would look great for everyday also with denim. I love it it is beautiful.

  17. Teri says:

I love bigger jewelry pieces and truly those that are totally unexpected, unique. I have a few holiday parties that this would positively LOVELY to wear! But, in January, a dear friend of mine has a daughter getting married and this would be truly stunning to wear to the wedding and reception!

  20. Meg says:

I would love to take that necklace cross country with me from Massachusetts to California. The trip is a 60th birthday celebration. I am going to be there New Year’s Eve and going to the Rose Bowl Parade the next morning. It would look great with my packable “little black dress” and really make the evening festive!

  21. Susan says:

This necklace is beautiful. I agree with others comments; the necklace should be the focal point of the outfit.

  22. Kat C. says:

Wow, I’m blown away by the necklace!

I’ve just started appearing in court as a law student legal practitioner, and it’s very important to make a great impression. The judge always looks at us as if we’re kids, this necklace shows him I am no kid, and that I can do my job…and do it well.

  23. Janet F says:

I would wear this with my black holiday dress.
