New DIY Jewelry Book

Did you know that Lark Books has teamed up the DIY Network for a series of how-to books. And, of course, that means they have a book coming out in August 2006 from DIY’s Jewelry Making show with Jackie Guerra.
I received what’s termed a “dummy” of the book, and I have to say it looks very promising. I have been disappointed with the projects shown on the DIY web site, but from what I can see in the dummy version of this book, it looks like they have broken down the steps more and provided some decent graphics.
Here’s a little blurb from the news release that came with it: “Beaded jewelry is taking the craft world by storm – and so is Jackie Guerra, host of the hit DIY Network series Jewelry Making.
