Its out, and its humongous! If you havent received your new Rio Grande jewelry supply catalog (mine took forever to get here), then be patient. If you normally get one, its on its way. If youve never gotten one before, head over to Rios web site and order one ASAP.

I went to a show, setup next to Mike the Jewler and Reo Grand is the place to buy stuff. He is abslutly WRONG. Do you think I can find a tool on your web page NO. Looking for a head set to magnify. I am a wood worker, who is getting Old. and needs help. But I did not find it here. If this is the correct sight You are not user frendly.

Now I can’t even get into the website. I have long ago thrown away receipts and customer numbers. I guess you don’t need my business so I will take it elsewhere.
The most frustrating webiste I have ever seen. I don’t have the time to negotiate this nightmare. Goodbye.
have never had a problem and if you dont have your customer# them they will help you with it and they will send you catalogs so all you do is to call them and if you can’t find what you want just ask they will help
Even though they send me a catalog I use the website to order and I must say it’s aggravating to the point that I now order more stuff through their competitors. Having to log in is a real pain in the backside what with password overload plus once you’re there it’s too often confusing.
It is very frustrating to order from but they have the best wire prices I have seen. When I order I print out the order form because it has all the info I want. When I receive the wire and the printout it doesnt tell me the length of the wire, only the ounces so I keep the order form and write it out so I can keep track of the costs per foot.
Dear Sirs, I would very much like a catalog from your fine company.
