This is my main workspace – at least it is supposed to be….

When I started making jewelry about 4 – 5 years ago I started on the dining room table, moved to the spare bedroom and then to the basement. This is how I left my work space 3 days before Christmas after finishing my final order for the year. I’m down to about a 4 inch square section that isn’t covered w/ beads and findings. I hope to get back down and start cleaning and reorganizing this weekend.

In the meantime, I’ve moved to the dining room table – much to my hubby’s chagrin. I’ve been trying to get some business things organized for the year with my paperwork and correcting any pricing issues on my jewelry. I have earrings off the cards so I can clean them up, labels printed for my boxes, purchased insurance, signed up for a business class and a jewelry class and I’m currently trying to figure out where I will do shows for the year plus leave some time in my schedule for some fun things do – running trains in the back yard w/ my hubby and maybe some camping this year.

I made a list of goals for my business for 2008 and have actually been able to cross 5 out of 8 things off the list!!
