I have two favorites. The pink and grey one is Lapis Nevada and Rodonite. The other is Kingman Turquoise and silver. What do you think?

I think they’re both lovely, Susan!

I make beautiful hand made jewelry for weddings or any special occasion. I’ve been making pieces lately for beach weddings.

  2. The best thing I’ve made was the only thing I’ve made- a beaded Boston trolley train! :D

  3. Cyndi L says:

I *love* your trolley! I watched it and the signs being made on your blog :-)

  4. Christine says:

I love the rose colored necklace! The rose color is one of my favorite colors!

Thank you Cyndi and Cristine for your compliments. Christine I looked at your pendants and they are really nice. I liked the pink triangle one the best I think, but they all were nice.

The last thing that I made was one that I really like, The July contest item, Rubies and swarovski crystals with gold filled chain. Guess I will have to make me one too.

I strung a donut bead on ribbon. Then added a few gold beads and leaf shaped beads to each side. I tied the ribbon in a bow. I sold 8 of them for $3.00 each. I use mine to hold my reading glasses. If you make any, be sure the donut hole is big enough for the ear piece can pass through and ribbon is long enough to go over the head.

I said on the discription of my pink necklace up there that the lapis Nevada is pink and grey, it is actually pink and green and white swirls in the round beads. My eye sight isn’t what it used to be and I kept trying to decide just what color lapis nevada actually is, so I looked it up on the internet and it said pink, white and a (sage green) and I thought yea I was right. It was sage green. Anyway I thought I should clearify what color lapis Nevada actually is.

These are gorgeous, Sue. I am a pink freak, so guess which one I like the most! I just ordered some rhodonite. Can’t wait to use it. Is the little box charm a prayer box? Your turquoise pieces are also so very pretty.

    Sue,

Thanks so much for your kind words about my glass pendants! When you say you liked the pink triangle the best, are you referring to the glass pendant that has three triangles fused together? The glass I used for that one is called dichroic glass and it is on a clear piece of glass. Just thought you might like to know :)

Yes that was the one. It is even prettier after taking another look at it and having you explain it, so I could see the details better. Very impressive and beautiful work. Thank you.
