This tiny little seed bead doll from the About.com Beadwork site is adorable. Part of it is constructed using tubular peyote stitch. The head is a regular 4mm bead.

Cool little pin!!! Worked up very quickly with the 10 black beads I had hanging around from oher projects… gave them to my sisters and nieces for Samhain holiday!!!!
Great design.
