After writing for Jewelry Crafts magazine for I don’t know how many years, I think this is the first time one of my jewelry pieces made the cover!
Along with the project for the necklace pictured, I also have two other articles in the October 2006 (dang, Oct. already?). Beading Wire Guards

One of the complaints I often hear from bead stringers when it comes to beading wire and crimp beads is that they don’t like how it looks when finished. They don’t like the fact that you can see the wire.
For me this has never been an issue, but I have to say I still think the new wire guards from Beadalon (pictured right) are pretty cool.
