Here’s a little project with possibe long-term impact because your friends probably use their phone multiple times a day. Super easy to make, you just need a few inches of wire and a couple of beads.

Funny how I managed to get “unisex” and “quickie” in the same blog post title, huh?
But, I’m talking about cell phone charms again. Not only can these be unisex jewelry items depending on the materials you use, but they are nice quick projects, a little something to tuck into a stocking or give out to co-workers which won’t cost you a lot of time or money. Men are notoriously difficult to buy or make something for as far as gifts. Most wouldn’t mind a number of electronic doo-dads, but you basically have to be a rocket scientist to figure out all the RAMS, ROMS, etc that go with whatever their dream machine is. Beaded Doll Cell Phone Charm

Okay, I got to admit…I think this beaded doll charm is so cute! Even if I do say so myself. I’m working on writing up the instructions very soon, so look for them in the next few days.
If you have any seed bead weaving experience, then you can probably see that basically I used a fringe technique to create the arms and legs, and then her head is a bead tip.
