		<description>A few words are all it&#039;ll take, Catherine!  String on 4 beads in your &quot;core&quot; color.  Add 3 beads in a &quot;spiral&quot; color.  Take the needle back up through only the 4 core beads and pull snug.  Add 1 core bead and 3 spiral beads.  Take the needle up through the last 3 core beads and through the 1 that you just added.  Pull snug.  Repeat, always letting the beads that you add fall to the same side of the core.</description>

		<description>The spiral stitch looks really cool!  I think I understand  some of it, but since I&#039;m legally blind, black and white drawings get difficult for me to understand.  Could you possibly give me written instructions or tell me where I could find them?  I really want to try this.  Thank you!</description>
