What is more romantic than taking a trip to Venice, Italy? A close second is making some jewelry using gorgeous Venetian glass beads.
These earrings are from my project: From Venice With Love Earrings.

I made these earrings to match this bracelet, also called From Venice With Love Bracelet.

I could go on and on about the quality of these glass beads. There’s just nothing like Italian glass!

I love the earrings and the bracelet. The colors are so nice, not so bright and bold. I like bright and bold, too, but I also like variety.
The beads on the top of the earrings are very unique. Did you manipulate something to make these or is this how you bought them? I love them. Will you share your secret of how they were made?

I wish I could take credit, but I just strung or attached all the parts and pieces for these. From looking at the wire beads up close, they look pretty much like wire, really, wrapped around, and then fused together. I think you could do this pretty easily with either metal clay liquid or even fine wire and then use a torch to fuse it to each other.
Beautiful!!! But where did you purchase the “wire” earposts?
