Make Art Monday!
I bought these beautiful pieces of paua shell a few weeks ago, and I decided that they were big enough to be caged by seed beads, rather than just being surrounded by the usual seed bead bezel. Since it’s going to be a fairly heavy necklace, I’m using an ultra-suede type fabric for the foundation as well as for the backing. Often I use buckram for the foundation, but not this time
