Do you have a number of books at home that you no longer need? Do you have a wishlist of books that you want to read? Here’s a site that will take care of both for you.
BookMooch lets you “Give books away. Get books you want.” The word “mooch” is defined as “to obtain something without paying for it, or to borrow something without intending to return it”.
The concept behind BookMooch is simple. You give away your books, earn points and get any book you want from another member. You can give the books away again, or keep them if you want to.
Registration is required, but there’s no cost to join. Your only expense is shipping when you mail your books to others. But you can choose where you want to send your books off to, so you control your shipping expenses.
It’s a book exchange club done the modern way. Mooching books isn’t bad if you do it through BookMooch.
