Hey,
I’m Heather Martinez. I’m 16, and going to be a junior at Iroquios West High School. I live in Onarga IL. My family and i have been living with my grandma for about 9 years. She really didn’t like when my sister or I had any friends or other family members at the house. She would sometimes tell them to leave. My mom, dad, sister, and I basically lived up stairs, when we lived with her. We just moved out, because we really didn’t have a life there. My family and I were wondering if we could get help. We are moving in with nothing. My mom is starting to pick up more hours at work, and cause of that my sister and I really don’t get to see her anymore. My dad isn’t around right now to help us with anything. My mom and dad say that got BIG plans for this house, but I don’t see anything happening with it. My mom, sister and I are sharing a bed right now, and living in one room basically. Cause my mom seems to believe that my dad is gonna get everything done. Which I am not to sure about that. We live from pay check to pay check. Don’t alwas got enough money for everything. So we are just asking for a little bite of help.

I am trying to contact them for a seriously needed make over, my Momther in Law bought a house and got ripped off. She lives in this bare house no sheetrock or anything, its horrible, can anyone help?

How can I get help?

Hi, first of all thank you for all your work. It´s incredible…God bless you!
I´m writting because there is a school with 50 children aprox. and and the owner of the land is about to close the school because he wants his land back to build some departments.
The director, is looking for new places to change her school but they are very expensive, and she is almost giving up. Please help her. She doesn´t care for money, but she´s worried because of all the children, parents and teachers that depend on her.

Please help her..she has to leave on june 30, 2009.

I worked this build for four days and what I got out of it no words can describe. All the designers were great…especially Ed and Rib. They took the time, no matter what time it was, to sign shirts, chat or take photos. If anyone can ever get on a build…all I can say…like the desinger’s say on the bus….LET’S DO IT!!!! You will not be sorry.

Thanks for posting these photos. We were at the site on Thursday night while furniture was being moved in, but it was dark and rainy and we couldn’t see much. We saw Ed but not Ty or any others from the show. What a fanastic project and such a worthy family.
