It’s been a while since my last giveaway and I’m excited to host this awesome package of a prize from the makers of Jig-A-Loo.
What’s Jig-A-Loo? Jig-A-Loo is a highly useful can to have around the house. It’s a lubricant that “stops squeaks, un-sticks just about anything, protects against rust, and is an exceptional water repellent”. You need to get on the company website to find out more because one lucky reader will win a year’s supply of Jig-A-Loo (3 10.9 oz cans) and $150 Home Depot gift card.
To enter, leave a comment telling us how you’ll use Jig-A-Loo to prepare your home for the fall/winter/rainy season. This giveaway is open to residents of the U.S. and Canada. Contest closes on 11:59 p.m. Sunday, September 14, 2008. Only one comment per household will be eligible.

I will spray it on my rain boots, rain coat and window seals.
I would use it on the lawn mower and all of the other yard tools. Thank you.
What a brilliant contest and prize!
My plan is to use it on every piece of machinery in my house for current use and also for all my outdoor items (to preserve them). Geez, I think I would also use it in my car and possibly use it at work (to remove the squeaks in my chair).
Count me in the contest!
I will use it on garden equipment, shoes and squeaky door hinges.
my grandfather will use it for everything!
I am always having to lubricate/oil something around the house or at work.
Thanks for this great contest and prize!
doors
everything
This is perfect for my very, very squeaky garage door. Also, I’ll be using this on my patio door that has become very hard to open. What a useful product!
I would thinking that it would come in handy in case of a emergency. Like stuck keys in locks
My old windows will need a little jig-a-loo lube in order to ease them back closed! Otherwise, it’ll be one cold midwestern winter!
I would like to try it on my windows and doors.
Sounds like a product that would be handy to have around!
I’d spray it on things to make them easier to open like the patio doors. Thanks.
The first thing that I would do is to spray all of the window runners and door hinges to prepare them for winter. Secondly I would use it to water proof all of our winter boots to keep our feet dry and cozy.
And last but not least I would use it to make sure that our snow shovel was rust proof and in excellent condition so that my husband would have no excuse for not shoveling the snow.
Thank you so much for offering this wonderful giveaway.
I would LOVE to win !!
Lubricate the door locks and hinges.
around airish windows.
Wow.
I have just found out about how many uses there are for Jig-A-Loo! Ineed it bad for the garage door and the front door. Thanks.
I’d finally take care of that squeaky door!
Our front door hinges always squeak, so this would be perfect!
I would use it to lubricate the locks, wheels and chains on our bikes! AND on our stationery bike because the pedals squeak. I never thought about that one.
Would use it on many of my squeaky doors
I’d certainly spray around all the windows. I’m leasing a house and that’s a problem.
This would be great for squeaky doors.
I would put it on all my gardening tools, and my lawn mower blades.
I would use it on my sliding glass doors they grind when I open or close them.
I would use it on some creaky cupboard doors in my kitchen!
I have some creaky, sticky doors that I’d use it on
I would use Jig-A-Loo on the windows for easy closing in winter and easy opening in summer.
I have never tried but would love to use on my squeaky cupboards.
I have squeaky doors that could definitely use this!
A great thing for my door that squeaks.
I would jig-a-loo on my house and car locks.
This would be handy in the garage as well…
on my leajy toilet
Would us it on all of my furniture on my back porch. Also on the swing and sliding doors! Thanks for the contest!!!
I ‘ll use it on those storm windws that stick on their tracks
Wow, this has so many uses. I would use it to repel water from my hubby’s work boots and to safegaurd all his tools!
I’d use it on our squeaky front door – and I bet my husband would use it on his lawnmower.
During the winter, both my front door lock and my car door lock start sticking. I’d use Jig-a-Loo to facilitate entry into both my home and my car.
I will give it to my Father-in-law who loves to stop squeaks!
Spray it on boots and shoes to keep them dry
Time to pull out the snowblower again..the handle sticks on it so I’d use Jig-A-Loo on that first. Then I’d stop that back door from squeaking and I’d also tackle the two windows in my daughter’s room that don’t slide very well.
I’d use it along the window seals and on my winter boots.
this is useful on sqeaky doors or wheels.
I’d work on the doors with it.
spray it on shoes to keep them dry
I’d fix the home gym downstiars
the car door hinges always need attention in the winter
i will use it everywhere
