It’s been a while since my last giveaway and I’m excited to host this awesome package of a prize from the makers of Jig-A-Loo.
What’s Jig-A-Loo? Jig-A-Loo is a highly useful can to have around the house. It’s a lubricant that “stops squeaks, un-sticks just about anything, protects against rust, and is an exceptional water repellent”. You need to get on the company website to find out more because one lucky reader will win a year’s supply of Jig-A-Loo (3 10.9 oz cans) and $150 Home Depot gift card.
To enter, leave a comment telling us how you’ll use Jig-A-Loo to prepare your home for the fall/winter/rainy season. This giveaway is open to residents of the U.S. and Canada. Contest closes on 11:59 p.m. Sunday, September 14, 2008. Only one comment per household will be eligible.

Our door squeaks, our cupboards squeak, our floor squeaks, our storm doors squeak, my computer chair squeaks, the toilet squeaks, the faucet squeaks and I could go on and on. My husband will have no excuse not to fix all these squeaks with this fabulous product. thanks for a great giveaway!
I live in Southern California, in the desert. It may not rain much at all, but tools left outside rust quickly, and anything else just dries out and cracks or pulverizes.
Since I live in an older mobile home,…the kitchen cabinets squeak like chalk on a blackboard,…the doors growl in different tones,…kitchen cabinet drawers open as if in pain.
I like the name Jig-a-Loo. Plus, since we usually don’t carry umbrellas around, it would be a great thing to have when camping and rain starts pouring out of nowhere.
I would use it around the windows to keep out the cold air and keep in the warm air.
on door hinges
lubricate my window frames so I could open them easily for fall cleaning
i would use it on the pantry door that won’t shut up! as well as on the hallway closet, it’s like a haunted house in my apartment!
I have read wonderful reviews on this product. I would use on all of my doors and my windows.
I would try this on my garden tools, and the squeaky door on the car. Thanks for the great giveaway.
Where will I use this? On the grill, the lawn mower, the shed hinges and lock, the gate, the doors…. I think the better question would have been where WON’T I use this product?
I will use it on all of my outdoor power equipment and all of my gardening tools, shovels, spades and hand trowels as soon as we are ready to put them away for the winter. I also have a back door that is crying out for attention – literally! We also have 3 yard gates that need to be silenced. I would also like to spray it on boots and shoes to keep them dry. Thank you for the opportunity to win!
I’ll use Jig-A-Loo to stop my doors from squeaking.
We are getting ready to sell our house next spring. We replaced all the windows, fixed the leaking pipes downstairs and this week we are painting the exterior. We would use Jig-A-Loo to get rid of the squeaks in the front door and apply some to our sliding door. Jig-A-Loo would keep the pipes from rusting and it would also be great on the lawnmower so it’s ready to go next spring. Thanks for the giveaway!!
my bedroom , bathroomand outside doors
My doors squeak, so I would use Jig-a-loo on them and I’m sure I could find a lot more things around here to use it on. Thanks for the great contest.
I would use it on my squeaky patio door!

I would use it in the window seals and on some of my barn equipment.
I would use it on all the squeaky hinges in the house.
I walk every day, and here in Florida, it rains…just about every day. So, I think I would use it on my walking hats and jackets, then use it on my daughters outside gear. Thanks!
I would use it on my fence and gate.
I would use it on my doors.
