Try writing over old dried ink with the dry erase pen and then wipe off. Continue until all of the old ink is erased.
Is there anyway to take permanent marker off a dry erase board?
Hi Jan, I haven’t had to do that. But if I did, I’d try the Magic Erase from Mr. Clean. Let me know if that works.
Scotch magic eraser works, there is a shadow left but major permanent marker is gone.

At work our dry erase board is getting very hard to erase. Do you think with in time it gets bad? I think the coating came off is there anything we can use to re-coat it? Also do you know what we sould not use to clean them?
