Rate My Space at HGTV

Do you wonder how other people’s homes look? Are you looking for design ideas for your own home? Do you want to show off your own gorgeous rooms?
HGTV’s Rate My Space is the American Idol of home decor. The site’s users upload photos of their home decorating and landscaping projects for others to rate and comment on. There are images of bathrooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, kitchens, boys’ and girls’ rooms, living rooms, nurseries, gardens and yards. You can look at the most recently uploaded images, the most viewed and the top rated rooms.

Wow, those pictures look amazing! Definitely magazine material, and definitely something that I want to imitate for my home. Rate my space seems to be a fabulous show and I’m definitely gonna check it out. There’s another show at HGTV that I’ve noticed – it’s called Bought and Sold, perfect for home lovers and home owners as well. I have a very Green, environmentally-friendly, contemporary, condo galley kitchen which we remodeled from a 70’s outdated, dowdy kitchen.
The custom-built Bamboo cabinetry is beautiful! Please look at it on HGTV’s “Rate my Room” under my e-mail address. It is located in beautiful Santa Barbara, California, and I have all of the photos documenting the remodel from start to finish. It would be an interesting “green” event for your great show!

How can I get in contact with someone in this wonderful program that can help me do my kitchen
or bathroom on a very small budget, I trust this show from what I have seen it’s one of my favorite shows, I have been take for a bad ride when i contracted someone to do my windows & my roof
so know i’m kind of scare to do anything with an outside contractor and my husband is noy very handy. Please help! Thanks

Check out Lilpolarbear’s spaces on Rate My Space. She/he is my favorite designer on the Web site…so far. Just type in the screen name where it says search, and browse all the great rooms. While you’re at it, check out all the other designers on the Web site! There are so many!
I love the transformations that you guys make on homes. It would be a dream come true if I could get help with my kitchen. I have a limited income, so I haven’t been able to get that much accomplished. How can I get an opportunity to get help with my kitchen? Thank you.
I have a small family room, with a fireplace in the corner and two of the other walls have window’s. I love rich color’s but alway’s been afraid to use them. Does anyone have a corner fireplace? How can you place the furniture? and the room is to small to use a large sofa I would have to use a love seat. Please help me!

We have a 1970’s Redwood Kit Home which is 1200sq.ft. It is one big room with a bathroom that is very outdated. Nothing has been renovated except we recently added central air and heat. We would love to be able to get a free makeover, as we cannot afford to do it ourselves. We always watch your shows and love all of your wonderful ideas and transformations. We live on 11 acres but really could use some help cleaning this little treasure up to make it livable. We want to get married and live together, but the home is a Big problem and is preventing us moving forward. Wondering if you could give us some help.

I have surchedfor a way to let Vern know,that I have a sister who has raised coutless foster chidren and adopted 5 she raised 2 of her own also always thinking of other peoples needs.she was recently diagosed with diabeties,andwas very sick,but she went on even helping me as I have a very seriou heart problem and have not worked for 2 years but she takes me to the Dr’s and hels me in that way.She has been wanting to do some work on her house but with keeping dr app. and things the kid’s need has not taken out time for herself.I’m still not sure if this space is for this purpose but I surched all over this web.to see if vern could maybe help a very selfless but deservin person.I watch all his programs he makes me happy,because I drove a schoolbus for 15 yrs,for special needs and some that were not I enjoyed helping them.Now I would like to help her with the most talented designer I wish I new or could meet someday,it would be an honor.YOU ARE THE BEST VERN;

we are desperate to sell our home in Franklin Wisconsin. It is only 4 years old, a 2 story house with 3 bedrooms 2/1/2 baths and a 2 car garage. We decided we don’t want to climb the stairs anymore at our age and we need a bigger garage. Don’t know what we are doing wrong but we have not had any offers in over 6 months. I didn’t know who to contact about my problem, but I watch Angelo all the time. I am a 61 yr. old female with MS. My husband and I had a Manufactured home built and put in a community in the country. They hired someone to build the three porches,one covered, and we didn’t realize that they had built them 4″ below the threshold of the doors. Needless yo say. I’ve been to Urgent care for exrays just before Christmas 2 yrs. ago. Then my husband built a step for me in front of the main porchbut it is so un natural to be there that alot of people are falling off it going out the door or tripping up going in. I need to know if ther is an easy and inexpensive way to bring them up to the height they shoud be without starting over. We don’t have much money and my husband still works but they have asked everyone to only work 4 days a weeks and in Spokane,WA The wages are pitifull. So any help you could answer back with would be greatly appreciated.
