I am a 61 yr. old female with MS. My husband and I had a Manufactured home built and put in a community in the country. They hired someone to build the three porches,one covered, and we didn't realize that they had built them 4" below the threshold of the doors. Needless yo say. I've been to Urgent care for exrays just before Christmas 2 yrs. ago. Then my husband built a step for me in front of the main porchbut it is so un natural to be there that alot of people are falling off it going out the door or tripping up going in. I need to know if ther is an easy and inexpensive way to bring them up to the height they shoud be without starting over. We don't have much money and my husband still works but they have asked everyone to only work 4 days a weeks and in Spokane,WA The wages are pitifull.
