Sneak More Veggies into Your Kids’ Meals

I forgot where I got this tip from. It’s very simple but I never thought of it myself.

If you have a picky eater who just won’t touch vegetables, try being a sneaky cook. Chop carrots, celery, broccoli and the like into very fine pieces and simply mix them into spaghetti sauce, meatloaf or meatballs. If you add just a moderate amount of vegetables, there will be no difference in taste and you’ll be the wiser!
