I know I promised you all some Mexican recipes for Cinco de Mayo. Sorry, I’m running a little bit late. I had a big event last week which took up quite a bit of my time. More on that later.
I do want to let you know about one of my favorite seasonings . . . Goya Adobo Seasoning. None of my Mexican recipes would be complete without it. Actually, I use this seasoning for all sorts of dishes.
