We just moved into our new home a few weeks ago and I’m still working on getting settled. This house has a pretty good amount of closets, but it’s needing some shelving and organizational materials to maximize the space.
One of my struggles is organizing the clothes in the bedroom that is shared by the two smaller children. We have future plans to turn some attic space into a fourth bedroom, but for now they’re sharing and I need to work with the space we have.

Sort and Purge
The very first step to organizing closets is to determine which clothes you still use. To do this at a single go, empty your closet and set up three piles.
Clothes that still fit you and that you still like are keepers.
Clothes that are stained, torn or holey go in the throw-away bin.
