It might be a good idea to try and work a little exercise into your day starting now! From this day forward, we will be tempted like never before. Already we are sampling goodies… like eggnog coffee… and about a week ago, I had this amazing gingerbread latte. I don’t even want to think about the calories, let alone the sugar content.
