July 4th is not only Independence Day; it also happens to be my daughter’s birthday. This year, she turned a big six-years-old. It’s hard to believe that it was six years ago that I had my first child. We were fortunate to see the fireworks from the hospital room the night she was born.

Fourth of July Picnic Menu
Tomorrow, the U.S. is celebrating Independence Day.
I made a trip to the grocery tonight, and the hotdogs and sausages were nowhere in sight! So we can all pretty much guess what’s going to be on a lot of menus tomorrow.
My family and I are heading out to a local park, with some of our extended family. In addition to hotdogs and buns, our menu will be:
